Five Star Life was formed to address this crisis, eliminate the black hole and, more importantly, awaken in middle school students the desire to succeed and own their destinies…to live five-star rated lives. Five star is the best hotel, the best restaurant, it is the “best of the best.” And, the “best of the best” is what our students deserve!
Starting in 1 school, with 50 students and a handful of volunteers in 2004, Five Star Life can now be found in 14 schools, with over 300 coaches serving 2,500 students annually in the states of Indiana and Michigan. However, it doesn’t end there. Five Star Life launches in three schools in Houston, Texas in January, 2014, with other cities and states not too far behind. As a result of continuing requests across the nation, in September, 2012, Five Star Life launched the first Leadership Training School. Five Star Life is expanding because demand warrants it – principals recognize it, parents appreciate it, kids deserve it and, if we don’t, we risk the continued downward spiral of academics, values, and violence in generations to come.
