Five Star Life’s Video Curriculum!

The New School Year is Upon Us and We Are SO Excited! Last year, FSL made HUGE strides. Our afterschool program was in 14 schools in Indiana, Michigan, and Texas, and we are thrilled to announce that we will be in even more schools this fall due to the adoption of our VIDEO CURRICULUM throughout the country. For those that haven’t heard about our video curriculum, keep reading and check out the video below to see how we will be reaching thousands more students, with even more on the horizon.

Consistency is key, especially when it comes to the teaching and delivery of FSL’s core values (respect, responsibility, integrity, sacrifice, and courage). The creation and implementation of FSL’s highly engaging video curriculum has proven to be an effective tool not only for our Head Coaches, but for the students it teaches and challenges. Last year, the video curriculum was so effective that additional area schools contracted with FSL to bring the video curriculum to the ENTIRE student body during the school day. We were able to make quite an IMPACT! In one of the pilot schools, administration found that their school had over 5,000 LESS disciplinary referrals than the previous academic year! Because of that success, the district asked FSL to pilot with one of their high schools last year, and is now adding FSL video curriculum starting in 5th grade all the way to 12th grade.

This is not a coincidence. Students are making better decisions, grades are improving, and lives are changing because FSL is innovative, progressive, and has the results to back it up.
